Between Heaven and Earth — Out Now

The new album from Alicia Witt, produced by Joe Henry and recorded live in New York City. Out now via Thirty Tigers.

“It's a warm, wistful album that spends at least as much time on gratitude as on grief.”

— All Music

“An intimate, spontaneous album.”

— The Sun

“The record is a tribute to David Lynch that blends mystical, piano-led jazz ballads and acoustic folk stylings from The Civil Wars' John Paul White.”

— Nashville Scene

“Gorgeously sung… if this is what ‘directing from the beyond’ sounds like, it’s rather beautiful.”

The Times UK

“Witt's ballads sometimes recall Sarah McLachlan, breathe the spirit of the Great American Songbook and, in the more playful moments (“You Just Do”), exude some of the charm of Stephen Sondheim's musical evergreens.”

— Rolling Stone Germany
